Poor customer service

Phone died, got a new one reinstalled it would not allow me to login to get my characters it kept asking for me to make a new account and even told me every time the name I had previously used was taken. Contacted support via Facebook who sent me to a URL that allowed me to place a trouble ticket very quick response. Placed the trouble ticket with all applicable information weeks ago and nothing. So not only would I have to start over loosing the time. I also lost all in app purchases and my account name. I have no doubt the information is retrievable I just cant get the assistance in getting it back.
