Great game-rating for support received.
I was never able to sync my account with Game Center-always receiving an error no matter what I did. Unfortunately, this app got deleted somehow from my phone. When I reinstalled-I was greeted with not only a completely new game- but I was unable to use my original Agent name. Since I figured this meant the data must still be *somewhere* I contacted support. I was initially told that support could recover the data if I was using the same device that my old data was on-(I was) and if I had a screenshot of a purchase receipt for my new account. I wondered if they meant the apple store download receipt-but no- they meant a receipt for an IN-GAME PURCHASE. To add insult to injury- I was then informed that my first account would’ve had to made the purchase for it to count. It seems like netmarble believes in holding their players data hostage if they don’t get any money from you. There HAS to be another way to verify that the account was and is in fact-my account. I’ve enjoyed the game- but am uninstalling and not sure if I’ll be back-especially if that Game-Center syncing issue isn’t fixed. As it is-it seems like netmarble isnt worried about it b/c if you lose your data-they’ll probably get some of your money. I might’ve actually spent a few dollars on your game before this incident, since it’s very well made, but after this greedy behavior-you will never see a penny from me.
