Freezing

Been playing for about a month with no issues. Now the game freezes constantly. Used my energy and didnt even get to play. I also purchased in game goods and didnt get them because of the game freezing right after my payment was processed. I log back in and its like nothing was purchased, but my credit card is charged. No more purchasing or gaming until its fixed.
