Horrible customer service.
I had game syncing issues and was never able to connect to Game Center. I had been playing for about 5 months straight, then after a patch, my account got lost somehow. When the patch finished installing, it prompted me to start a new game. I was a shield level 60 out of 70... so you could say I lost a lot of my progress. I contacted support so they could help me recover my account and hassled with them for about 5 weeks only for them to tell me since I didnt purchase anything in game they couldnt help me recover my account...
Ive had to start all over again, but its honestly not worth it anymore.
