Greedy

I probably spent more money than I should have on this game, but they have made it easy for me to not spend anymore. The new update is nothing but a cash grab. The App Store should remove this game from their library as long as Netmarble uses predatory/greedy practices. To top it off the customer service is poor and will not help you with lost crystals or items. They simply reply back that it’s against their policy. I believe we should all make it against our policy to play this game anymore. I will do what I can to get a full refund from my months of playing this game. I hope action is taken soon by the BBB or someone else. Do not play this game!
