Loot Crate Heroes

I’ve played since almost the beginning and have spent money on this game. I have every character and haven’t missed a day of play is more than 2 years. This update introduced characters that can only be found in a loot crate based on RNG. I adamantly oppose loot crate style RNG methods for basic characters and therefore am leaving a 1 star rating. If Netmarble changes this method, I will change my rating.
