Long-time Player...

Ive played since just after launch, and have spent enough to be a VIP 12 (over $1k at LEAST), but the recent addition of random loot boxes for new characters has caused me to uninstall the game. I spent money in this game because I enjoyed it and knew exactly what I was paying for.

Now, though, I simply cannot abide the predatory gambling model they have turned to. If you are a parent, do not let your children play this if the issue isnt fixed. If you are a gamer, respect yourself and the medium by not engaging in this type of content.
