Update 3.6 is horrible

This latest update 3.6 introduces 3 new characters that are only available by spending crystals (real money) on a random box in the hope you get the bios you need.
This has no place in this game and hasn’t until now.
This is unacceptable and I can no longer recommend this game to anyone.
Net marble need to undo this.
