Okay so first I’m a paying costumer vip 11 and u but 10 crystal pack I never got the crystals I contacted netmarble and they told me apple would have to me my refund okay sounds good but the problem is it was a gift card and and it clearly says on the back no refunds in app purchases like really and now this u have to get lucky and spend thousands and thousands of crystals for a CHANCE to win a new character that why I quit contest of champions
