Way to screw over your customers guys!

I’ve played this game since shortly after launch. I have enjoyed it for the entire time and have spent well over 200 US dollars for bios and crystals. All was fair when you could spend a few bucks and know what you were buying. This loot box crap that you just introduced in the latest update is the dumbest thing you could have done. It’s a slap in the face to your paying customers. Can’t you see what this same crap caused for EA? It’s greedy and an obvious cash grab to screw over anyone that isn’t spending a ton of money on your game. Me and my wife will not be spending any more on this game if this is the route you are taking.
