Gambling real money for characters

Been playing for 2 years. Recent update has locked new characters behind an RNG loot box that will cost you hundreds of real dollars to unlock, level up, gear up & T2.
Nearly 1800 crystals for a “chance” to get bios for 3 characters out of over 100 characters.
I’m boycotting this game until they fix this.
