Latest update is HORRIBLE!

This was for me one of the best marvel games out there, especially on portable devices. Now the newest update has completely DESTROYED my outlook and enjoyment of the game. The new Ultimates hero chest is absolutely appalling because it contains exclusive characters that you must continuously spend crystals (or money) to maybe get those characters and RANK THEM UP. It’s completely based on RNG, and there is no guarantee you can get the character that you want. Even if you do, you have to commit even more time, crystals, (money), etc. to something that will ALWAYS be random with random results. One of the highlights of this game was being able to unlock EVERY character with ABSOLUTE certainty through some commitment to the game. This has now been taken away by the randomness added in these boxes. If this is the future of this game, no need to play or support it any further. This is inspiring gambling, and will only feed the greediness of the developers. STAY AWAY new players unless if this issue is addressed PROPERLY by removing these RNG boxes completely. Emphasis on COMPLETELY! #boycottmff
