New update is game breaker

I’ve been a player of this game since the beginning, and I am the leader of a high-ranking alliance called red room VIP. Until now the game has always been about collecting biometrics to unlock characters and level them up as hot as you can. With the newest update getting new characters is completely random and based on the gambling system. You’ve always been able to pay to win characters to a certain extent, but now you can pay and get nothing.
