Going downhill fast

This game started off great, but has been going downhill fast the past few months. Throughout the past few updates, Netmarble has changed the dynamics of acquiring new characters. Now, new and popular characters are only available through in-app purchases and rng loot boxes. The community lashed out when this happened in the last update, and although the company apologized, they have only continued and double-downed on this practice in the most recent update. To make things worse, Netmarble continues to pump out op loot box characters to entice players to spend cash, but has done nothing to improve actual game modes. As a long time player, I am disappointed in the direction this game is going. This company is cashing in on the popularity of marvel characters while doing nothing to keep up on game development.
