Veteran here, spent over $1000 on this game. Tragically balanced, worse than any launch day MMO. Greed is the primary driver of change. Dead end and boring with no endgame. Listen to your loyal customers, you havent deserved them since keke was the load screen. The only people happy with this game’s direction are on your board of director$.

Three pronged strategy to stop the bleeding: eliminate the cash grab loot boxes and insane package costs, throw manpower into an actual character balance roadmap, implement a dynamic and scalable endgame mode. Then you can compete with the big boys and be loved by your customers again.
