Worst customer service ever!

The game is great! I love playing it. However, I recently tried using a giftcard I acquired to make in app purchases. I applied the card but did not get what I paid for. That was 3 weeks and many emails ago. Only one response, to send a screen shot of the purchase. Which I did. I still have not heard back, or gotten what I paid for. Feels like I got ripped off, which is sad because I really enjoy playing this game.
Even harder still is trying to contact them is extremely difficult, their website for netmarble doesnt give any contact info other than where they are located in South Korea. If you play this game, enjoy it. But I would advise caution if making purchases because if you need help, they wont give it to you. Sad that a company like this who makes money off their players decides to basically steal from them every once and awhile
