Glitchy or picky

Disclaimer: I will never pay real money for any of this.
You work so hard to get those blue gems and go to the store to “purchase” a character of YOUR choice but instead it’s a random choice made by the computer of the shittiest characters you will never use.

The ISOs: you work hard to collect specific ISOs in a certain order to get the bonus. Only to have to use your gold to actually cycle through bonuses which you are likely not going to be using or even want.

It’s pretty lame.
It’s only good thing is the cool characters and costumes/ powers
