WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

EDIT: IT KEEPS DOWNLOADING DATA EVERYTIME I OPEN THE GAME !!!! ??

I love this game so much. I play it all day. But a bug happened where my 6 star selector that was going to expire after 4 days. Had expired earlier. I reported that. And they replied to me that they cant do anything or refund me and that they are sorry about that !
“Sorry” doesnt solve anything !!!!

So this game has Dead customer service. You are on your own risk !

Also they are greedy and wants us to give them money money money CASH !!!

If any of the developers care about the game,
Make private chats between friends !!

IT KEEPS DISCONNECTING ME FROM WORLD BOSS INVASION. I CANT EVEN COMPLETE THE DAILY CHALLENGE ?
I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH MY WIFI !!
BUT WHEN THE BOSS IS ABOUT TO DIE. I GET DISCONNECTED. REALLY !!!!

Sometimes I open and see that some crystals are taken for no reason !!!
Well there isnt customer service or any support. But atleast DONT STEAL !!!!
