Customer Service is Terrible

I’ve been playing the game for a while and have spent quite a bit. I had 300 biometrics and used them on a new character. What they don’t tell you is that an unlocked character will take the 10 biometrics and waste the rest of them. So I wasted 290 biometrics because of their lack of communication in game.
I asked them to refund them so I could use them all on another character.
They said no. I have people in my alliance who’ve played longer and spent far more than me who did not know that would happen.
The game is great. The customer service is awful. I’ve played many other games where an issue like this was addressed with understanding.
These guys were a joke.
