Why is it that every time I launch the app it downloads a 568mb update file??? It is supposed to download this update every time? Sorry was just wondering

Every time u do a free box event i cant play world boss ..it just drop halfway into fights.hope the droprate issues get handled..made mine marvel!!excelsioR..keep up the good work net marble..im On board for longhaul ..big girls dont CRY..ima holla

After the loot box fiasco, Netmarble had to play their cards right to prevent a community “uprising” if you will. While the content has been rather dry, and while Netmarble seems to be communicating less, I do think that they are trying to make things player friendly for both Free to Play and Paying Players.

I just wish netmarble upgrade future fight to where you can login and logout even if the game was deleted. That way you don’t have to Constantly create a new user just to play the game.

Lots of fun, good variety of things to do and awesome updates often. HOWEVER This game is introducing more and more RNG aspects, which is not ok when games such as these are heavily marketed towards children and young adults. Also, they need to focus on adding content to keep players engaged, not resorting to lazy cash grab tactics for new characters when there’s already so many and no reason to use them all.

makes me download 550+ mega bytes every time i open the game. please fix, everything was going well until this.

I was stoked but almost every single time I opened the game it needed to re-download 555GB. You’d think once is enough, so in my disappointment and frustration I deleted it. Seemed cool tho. Maybe I’ll try again down the road if they update it and that’s no longer an issue

This company and these games are just a cash grabbing scam. Terrible product, terrible company. Marvel doesn’t care.

EDIT: IT KEEPS DOWNLOADING DATA EVERYTIME I OPEN THE GAME !!!! ?? I love this game so much. I play it all day. But a bug happened where my 6 star selector that was going to expire after 4 days. Had expired earlier. I reported that. And they replied to me that they cant do anything or refund me and that they are sorry about that ! “Sorry” doesnt solve anything !!!! So this game has Dead customer service. You are on your own risk ! Also they are greedy and wants us to give them money money money CASH !!! If any of the developers care about the game, Make private chats between friends !! And btw IT KEEPS DISCONNECTING ME FROM WORLD BOSS INVASION. I CANT EVEN COMPLETE THE DAILY CHALLENGE ? I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH MY WIFI !! BUT WHEN THE BOSS IS ABOUT TO DIE. I GET DISCONNECTED. REALLY !!!! Plus ! Sometimes I open and see that some crystals are taken for no reason !!! Well there isnt customer service or any support. But atleast DONT STEAL !!!!

I really hate how every time i try to play this game, it has to download 500MB of Data ... i really hate that and they need to do something about it. I hate having to wait over 10 mins just to play, why isnt this data downloaded already? Why every single time i open the app it has to download 500MB of data? Well this caused me to delete the game.. and i have been playing for a long time!! LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU GUYS FIX THIS ANNOYANCE!!! Ill gladly come back

I played this game for years. Then had been kicked out after another user attacked me saying “suck me balls” and calling me a “faghut”. I reported him but somehow I have lost my account and can’t log back in. Don’t ever download this game all it does is try and advertise for money, then let you down.

The one great thing about this game, the thing that it gets right, is that you could choose the character you want to work on. Even if that means spending real money. You choose what you want to spend money on. Unfortunately, the last three updates have introduced and continued the random rewarding of character bios for new characters. In other words they took away your choice, and introduced what can arguably be called a a gambling system to get new characters. And now in this most recent update? The tie in to the fantastic Black Panther movie is a real disappointment. Especially compared to the tie in to Thor Ragnarok. Raganarok had great rewards for those that put forth effort to achieve them. There are two levels for the Black Panther tie in. One for everybody, and one for those that pay. But, even when you pay, you still have to pay more to get the rewards. The tasks to get the rewards are also not simple. Also, not the only task that needs completion for the pictured rewards. Yes, theres more. As tough as these requirements are, they are tougher because you wont find out you need to do them until after youve purchased the Extreme Package. In other words, instead of purchasing those pictured rewards, you purchase the chance to play for those rewards. I understand developing video games is a job and they need to make money. But the focus has shifted from making good games people will pay for, to how to make people pay and keep paying. It is sad to see the influence of capitalism poisoning video games this way.

This game used to be fun but it feels like a scam now. It’s worse than a pay to play. Feels like a pay to pay to pay to pay. Black panther costs more than anyone else in the game. How is that a “blowout sale?” It’s scary. Had to delete. I’ll install when the ratings go back up.

I’m enjoying the game, but there is so much grinding. Autoplay in shadow lands, villian siege, epic, battle world would help a lot. Busy adult who likes the idea of an idle game when I’m busy but don’t want to miss regular rewards. Also an auto buy option in the item store with filters for what to but would really help. Idle games are winning the app store and this could easy include more activity while idle while still maintaining premium content.

Playing since day 1, spent a little money on it here and there but rarely. Then pay only characters came put. They created gambling only characters but removed them (after some protest). I do wonder if this game is coming to the end, if they will milk Infinity War for all the cash they can and then disappear, but in the mean time it is still a fun game.

Ok so I like the game but it takes to long to load. But it is a excellent game with all of my favorite marvel characters.

I have been playing this game since the day it came out and I love it. I would love to see characters like scarlet spider, deadpool, and others. But with the Black Panther update it has started taking about 500 mb just to open the app, please fix because I literally have no more storage to be able to open the app anymore.
