I just bought that ultimates box and it said buy twice to guarantee one of the 6 star ultimates. I DIDNT GET A SINGLE ONE. I NEED ALL OF MY CRYSTALS BACK !!!! BOYCOTT IS REAL!!!!

This game was very fun and I have enjoyed playing it and even buying monthly bio’s from time to time. It has brought communities together and Ive made new friends because of it which is great. But.. I refuse to continue supporting it if its going to turn into a gambling game to get character bio’s when it was never about that. Ive quit other games for less. This has to be changed immediately. Could netmarble be that money hungry? Are they really going to kill the game dynamic that made them top 7 grossing game on the app store?! Thats a pretty dumb thing to do. Hope your listening Netmarble. Get your affairs together and change the game for the community that made into the success because without the consumer you will not last long. #boycottMFF

I have iPhone 4s with iOS 9.3.0 and the game requiera 7.0 and atolladero get me out of the game... And space in the meantime I have enough

I started playing Future Fight when Avengers Alliance shut down. I have really enjoyed everything about FF: the game modes, graphics, rewards, playable characters, etc. I am currently VIP Level 16, and I don’t think there’s much chance of me ever reaching 17 at this point. Now that Netmarble has switched to RNG loot boxes in place of the former get-what-you-pay-for system (with update 3.6), I have joined with others in reverting to free-to-play status. It will make the game more tedious, and I have resigned myself to not getting certain paywall characters in the future, but I cannot support the new business model. If they change it back in a future update, they I will spend.

Been playing since near initial release.Game really is fantastic and has lots of content and wonderful characters. However, in recent updates they have pushed more and more RNG loot box style gaming. They seem to be addressing some of this so I’m cautiously optimistic they may reverse trend and get back to what made MFF great

The game was perfect for my 11 year old until they introduced the gambling boxes in the most recent patch. I have a very strict policy where I do not allow him to play any games that have gambling boxes in it. I do not want to expose him to gambling and form an addiction at such an early age. He would spend most of his allowance and birthday money in this game. I didn’t mind it because he was getting something in return. It was pretty straight forward transactions. Now if he wants to get the new characters, he could spend 100 dollars and not get him/her. I am struggling to allow him to continue playing the game even after his investment in the game. Why change your games formula after 2 years. Please fix Netmarble!

Remove this RNG Based Ultimates chest completely and put ultimates into the biometric subscription selector like we already subscribe to it to acquire new heroes. We previously subscribe to that service with the expressed and implied knowledge that it is for the acquisition of new characters being introduced into the game. Your company has violated those terms of the sale by moving new characters away from previous methods established into the game for new characters being either Native T2 ,ally shifters, or in new levels aside from the bio subscription service. Therefore in the United States a violation of terms of service or contract entered into with a customer that the contract being written by your company via its terms of service automatically gives to the consumer of said contract the "benefit of the doubt" meaning the unspecified terms or ambiguous terms or misunderstandings are all decided in favor of the party that did not write the contract. Your bio subscription therefore being understood to be the ONLY method of acquiring NEW PAID PREMIUM characters in ALL PREVIOUS FORMS AND UPDATE VERSIONS of this game has been breached by your company with this inroduction of the ultimates chest is in clear violation of that contract of terms of service with customers of this game "Marvel Future Fight" and we the customers ask that you remove the chest from the game COMPLETELY as was our protest request and boycott from day 1 of the chest and update 3.6 release. We ask that a compromise be met by adding these characters to the monthly bio subscription choice and that as compensation for this MISTAKE on netmarbles behalf that ALL PLAYERS IN THE GAME be compensated by giving a free 1 month bio subscription renewal to any current subscribers and any non subscribers be awarded also a free 1 month subscription to the 20 biometrics daily service. Furthermore it cant help but be noticed that your company DID PURPOSELY release this chest as a way of generating revenue on the heels of the major controversy with EA GAMES and their subsequent legal action brought against them. This leads us to believe that your company wanted to get its chance to do this to its customers BEFORE IT WOULD BE MADE ILLEGAL as per the legal actions being brought about by HAWAIIAN GOVERNMENT and other foreign countries as well. Therefore this "HURRY UP BEFORE IT IS ILLEGAL" that your company did shows absolute disregard for your customers and is therefore MALICIOUS in nature.

Gambling update

I have been a fan and supporter of this game for quite a while now. I would tell my friends about this game. I would tell my relatives about this game. I’ve spent a little bit of money on this game, and I feel no shame or regret for that at all. Although recently due to their latest implementation of hero chests, my opinions have changed. This game use to be so generous, and kind towards its player. But that was a long time ago, now we have characters that you have a ‘chance’ of getting if you spend money. This is sad. I’m sorry to see Netmarble go down this path. I’m not sure I can continue to play this game, I definitely will not be spending any money on this game.

EDIT. 12/1 I would give this game zero stars after this 3.6 update fiasco. Netmarble claims that they are hearing our voices as gamers who have been playing for 2+ years. Yet they refuse to remove their newly introduced loot boxes. Nobody wants to acquire characters by pulling the slot machine and hoping for the jackpot. They’re not getting it. The boycott remains strong until loot boxes are gone.

I am a loyal fan of this game. Fix this new update and get rid of the Ultimates chest. It’s highway robbery! Not spending 1 single crystal until this gets fixed! I’m not going to spend x amount of crystals on that chest just to get Antman or MODOK. When this game gets fixed, I’ll go back and give this game a 5 stars until then, this game is getting 1 Star from me. I’m disappointed netmarble..

Loot boxes are gambling.

Don’t get me wrong I love marvel future fight but this 3.6 marvel gamble fight isn’t gonna work. I don’t play marvel contest of champions because of the gamble and bringing that same type of method of getting new characters is a horrible idea. Moving the ultimates to the anti matter converter isn’t taking the gamble away it’s just making us spend even more recourses. Please do fix this and I’ll fix the rating...

VIP 16 for Marvel Zombies (Former Top 50 alliance) 5-6 million ABX scores, top 10 in WBU numerous times, etc. I quit playing because of the insane amount of RNG already in-game, and once the RNG began being forced into the actual purchases (cards/CTP/and now characters) I knew it was time to exit. This will not get any better. NM have already chosen their path, and will continue until the game is completely dead. Just my two cents. Farewell fellow Future Fighters.

Loot boxes with horrible random rng introduced. Pretty expensive but you pay for it anyways . Only to have two days later make those characters FREE to get in the lab. $100 down the drain. People complained and they gave in. How about those who spent real money only to get worked over two days later. BAIT AND SWITCH. Not cool. Year and a half player VIP 9. Never again. Totally took our money on promises then backtracked. Otherwise pretty excellent game for sure. But they really got one over on us.
