I really love this game because it is possible to achieve end game content without spending money. I have spent a little bit through the 2 years that I have played but I definitely didn’t need to do it to get characters and content that I want. The new hero chest that has been introduced is the reason that I am giving 1 star today. Admittedly there have always been characters that u have to pay for in the game, but these were never characters that were necessary for success, or very powerful (must have ) characters. Although as a free to play customer I didn’t like that, people new what they were getting and can kno exactly how much it would cost to acquire a new character and in my opinion the price was reasonable even though I never chose to get them myself. The new hero chest is quite different. The hero chest gives you a random, very low, chance to get the otherwise unobtainable character. So it must be bought repeatedly with the hopes that u get what u want. And given how much of these lucky rolls are needed to fully upgrade ur character, it ends up being a tremendous cost to acquire and thus the only way to obtain them is to spend a lot of money. Even then the cost may vary bc it is largely based on luck. To be fair, it is a really fun game that u will enjoy if u don’t mind having this type of character acquisition mechanic In it. I hope Netmarble changes this new game mechanic that they have introduced. It is a really big shot to player moral and as much as I love the game, if this continues I will probably stop playing.

The last update (Ultimates) is especially horrible since it makes getting characters a lottery instead of a build / merit system. It effectively throws out gameplay and makes some characters unreachable even if you throw money at it. A lot of players are talking boycott and I don’t blame them.

This could be such a great game, and I want to still loyally play, but moves that implement LOOT boxes into their purchases that force players to spend more vs spending what they can honestly afford is cruel. RNG is a system games use to force people to spend on bad games. Please recover from becoming a bad game.

This game has been extremely fun the past two years and now greed has got the better of the developers. Please do not spend until the loot box gambling is removed, this will not stand.

I have been a long time player for this game and have enjoyed this game a lot and would have rated the game as 5 stars, but with this latest 3.6 update things have changed. This is unquestionably an awful decision by the devs to create a loot box gotcha system to get characters which is the basis for the gameplay. There hasnt ever been this type of content before and it has no place in the game. But I will boycott paying or using any crystals for content till Netmarble makes this right.

The reason Ive played this game daily for over one year is that the method of character acquisition was extremely fair. If I wanted a particular hero or villain I had a very predictable path to acquiring him or her. With the most recent update they have created a loot box system for the newest characters. Spend crystals (a major in-game currency) and take a chance to get someone. In other words, gamble with your resources. I have stopped my real cash subscriptions and will not attempt to acquire the new characters. Im struggling to remain motivated to launch the game on a daily basis. Netmarble took one of the best features of the game and corrupted it. Such a shame!

VIP 5 here. No more money until ultimate hero chests are removed. Bios in processor lab are not enough. Put new characters into bio selectors or story missions.

Ive been playing Future Fight for a little less than a year now. Its by far the best App Store game Ive ever played and is quite entertaining. In the past year I have spent quite a sum of money supporting the game with in app purchases. I am currently a VIP level 10, on the cusp of 11. (4300 crystals shy). With update 3.6 and the Ultimate hero chest RNG for characters Im sad to say that my VIP level will remain 10. Net Marble will receive no more support, no more money from me as long as these chests for character acquisition remain a part of there game. I am now F2P only. If I wanted to gamble my money away Id go to a casino. When I spend my money on a game Id like to know what Im purchasing. Net Marble youve really disappointed your player base/customers.

I completely Disapprove of gambling in games. Recent MFF has started this practice. I recommend that no children download this game.

I unfortunately cant defend this game anymore. When I started playing over 2 years ago, I was won over by netmarbles generosity and fair methods of gaining and advancing characters. Over the past several months things have drastically changed. For a while now They have been using increasingly greedier tactics to make it more and more difficult to advance without pumping cash into the game but at least before now you knew what you were getting when you spent money. The past two updates have added premium content that can only be acquired through expensive RNG loot boxes. The cards and CTP gears were irritating, but this updates move to make the new characters only obtainable through the loot boxes proves they have joined the likes of EA. Welcome the brand new MFF character casino folks! Get that credit card ready! Will it cost you $15 or $50 to get that new character you want? Only one way to find out. No thanks... Im out.

Im been a player since the beginning of the game, i left others games to play this one. It was because of the transparency of every aspect, you knew what you were getting, you knew you would spend money to grow up, but always knowing towards what my money was going. Netmarble has been introducing the rng system, providing us with random rewards from buying packages and praying that you would get something good from it. The last update was the final blow to the community and the players that supported this game. If you want to gamble, download the game, and try your luck. ???

i loved this game and have played it since before there were T2 characters. recently netmarble has implemented loot boxes for characters. its bad enough that everything in the game was based on rng but acquiring premium characters were not. now u have to basically gamble and spend hundreds if not thousands of actual real world money to have a chance at maxing out the new characters and its all luck based. this rng creep for premium content started to take hold before this update but now it has reached an all time low. netmarble tried to put a bandaid on the issue by throwing us some free gems to spend on the loot boxes but its not going to work. i dont recommend anyone to spend money on this game, especially the new character lootbox system, until they remove that system altogether. its not worth it at all.

Y’all want us to spend countless crystal to level up characters-by giving us a chance to get bios that’s bs, you’re hurting your Customer market this is a vey stupid decision. I won’t purchase a bio sub or crystal sub until this is address/Fixed y’all address us when we spoke up about uniform upgrade this is 100 worse. We don’t want complications with our gaming entertainment you all r making the same mistake Disney did with marvel Avengers alliance if this rng/loot box is not addressed/fixed there won’t be a mff 3rd anniversary.PLEASE FIX OUR ISSUE MAKE the locked characters available via bio selectors n remove the loot box.

I have played this game since it’s release and enjoyed most of it right up until this last patch. With the release of 3.6 mff brought the ultimates and super nova to the roster but placed them behind a random loot box, similar to the mcoc gems, and that is unacceptable. I enjoyed being able to set a goal of who I would get and knowing what it would take to get them. Unless this is changed I will be deleting mff from both mine and my sons phones. Please bring back the game that has brought us joy!

Game used to be based on obtainable goals and grinding, now it’s based on gambling. One star until they fix this new greed.

If you havent played yet, dont. NetMarble is committed to destroying this game and nickeling and diming their players to pay for the wrecking ball.
