Was an awesome game that I’ve played for over 2 years now. Last update ruined the game and is promoting rng character boxes which is basically gambling. Hopefully the developers listen to the players and correct this. I don’t support greed. Boycott mff.

Marvel Future Fight was an amazing game. It was different from Contest of Champions for the simple fact that it did not have a lootbox/gashapon system. They have recently add those features and the community is not happy with it. EA games is undergoing investigation by the gaming commission for their introduction of loot boxes in Star Wars Battle Front 2 and have declared loot boxes a form of gambling. EA games have since lost over $3billion in shares. Netmarble is going down a road that will end before it even begins. Hope they see that this practice of loot boxes are a big mistake and remove it from their games.

To get the newer reviews off the store. Deceptive practices lead to deceptive practices. Do not buy the new loot boxes. This game is now nothing better than Star Wars loot hunter.

First, you ask us to play gambling to get a character and now we can get them from lab? You just piss off all player! F**k netmarble!

Lots of fun, good variety of things to do and awesome updates often. HOWEVER This game is introducing more and more RNG aspects, which is not ok when games such as these are heavily marketed towards children and young adults.

They put a chest with characters that can only be obtained through their rng stupidity AND they give us enough crystals to buy one chest and are trying to make us waste money on this stupid chest this is how you get addicted to gambling

Do you like what EA is going to battlefront 2? Then you will love this game. Playing a money roulette is the only way to obtain new characters. The new promoted gambling system is no fun and makes it impossible to advance with dumping loads of money into the game. Thats where I draw the line. If this gets fixed I would definitely improve this review. But until then I just cant get past this disgusting flaw. 0/10 would recommend to my friends in this current state.

I’ve gone free to play. I started playing this game because other games were predatory in getting you to spend $ for a CHANCE to get something you want. MFF was different in that you knew exactly what you were buying. That all changed with v3.6. I’m going F2P and may go ahead and quit this game.

Following the kabam “champion of contest “ play book they implemented a new character gamble system for money grab. They will lose a lot of the core base with this update for the quick buck. Once lost they don’t come back.

This was for me one of the best marvel games out there, especially on portable devices. Now the newest update has completely DESTROYED my outlook and enjoyment of the game. The new Ultimates hero chest is absolutely appalling because it contains exclusive characters that you must continuously spend crystals (or money) to maybe get those characters and RANK THEM UP. It’s completely based on RNG, and there is no guarantee you can get the character that you want. Even if you do, you have to commit even more time, crystals, (money), etc. to something that will ALWAYS be random with random results. One of the highlights of this game was being able to unlock EVERY character with ABSOLUTE certainty through some commitment to the game. This has now been taken away by the randomness added in these boxes. If this is the future of this game, no need to play or support it any further. This is inspiring gambling, and will only feed the greediness of the developers. STAY AWAY new players unless if this issue is addressed PROPERLY by removing these RNG boxes completely. Emphasis on COMPLETELY! #boycottmff

Marvel Future fight is a game I fell in love with when I played. I didn’t mind starting from the bottom, being behind after everyone that had been playing the game daily since launch. I loved the game system, getting characters just required time and dedication or paying a suscription to buy the character you want, emphasis, THE CHARACTER I WANT. Now they add lootboxes in the game that gives you a chance to get two unique characters exclusive to this boxes. A CHANCE to get what you want, I never minded paying for the character I wanted because it was guaranteed, now they add this system that makes my purchase irrelevant. Sorry Netmarble, you where doing great until today. Update: Added the option to farm the characters through S.H.I.E.L.D. Still remains as RNG, still will leave my 1-star review, this sends a horrible message for next year.

Do away with the loot boxes. I can’t even believe Netmarble has stooped this low just for money. I don’t condone gambling, especially when both adults and KIDS play this game. I will not purchase another Stark chest or 20 biometric subscription till they remove the loot boxes. ???

It was a good game until you put heroes into a chest and make you pay god knows how much money for some hero that you may not even get. Go back to normal

This game is already a grind fest for new players and you go n do this crap. We won’t stand for this chest crap nor the crap patch change by putting the bios in the lab. That is not even close to being a positive change. Not acceptable.

I’ve been a player of this game since the beginning, and I am the leader of a high-ranking alliance called red room VIP. Until now the game has always been about collecting biometrics to unlock characters and level them up as hot as you can. With the newest update getting new characters is completely random and based on the gambling system. You’ve always been able to pay to win characters to a certain extent, but now you can pay and get nothing.

They ruined the game with loot boxes

Love this game, but the audacity to lock characters behind an RNG loot box. Smh Netmarble I hope you are paying attention to the backlash, and fix this!

I have loved this game and expended money but this new update is a gamble . I will not give you anymore of my money netmarble. Please fix it
