In addition to the suggestions below, the forthcoming 3.6 update is a slap in the face. New characters should not be obtained from RNG loot boxes!! 1) They need to put a big ol DETAILS button inside the Uru menu. And they need to put a big ol GOLD REMAINING: sign in the ISO-8 reroll screen. 2) they need to add visibility into how much "over" the limit in stats we are 3) need to change the 2nd combat villain reward to chaotic iso in abx 4) Add abx, assemble points and alliance shop donation to the daily checklist 5) rewards for wbu should exceed wb. Flip them. 6) improve shadowlands 25-30 rewards (less RNG) 7) change the ui so the glowing circles around amplified uru dont obscure the rank of said uru 8) the graphics settings for the game should not be set in the "cloud". They should be device specific 9) let us refresh the rift page manually (like conquest) 10) show who is running the rift and their contribution to reduce "leeching" rifts 11) improve conquest by adding things like MVPs, replays, better statistics and logging, etc. 12) ABOVE ALL: reduce the frequency of RNG throughout the game! Luck should not define the endgame!

With the 3.6 update this game has become very much like Battlefront 2. They introduced new premium characters like they usually do with some updates but instead of just paying a certain amount and getting them, they were placed in a loot crate with a chance at getting them.

Game is fun but the last several updates have been locking new content behind increasingly frustrating RNG mechanics. The new update promises to lock 4 out of 5 new characters behind a paywall with 3 of them further locked behind RNG chests that can only be purchased with premium currency and offers no guarantees of getting what you are looking for. This is now a gambling app in a very pretty package. Stay away.

Great game... until the devs decided gambling for new characters is acceptable.

I’ve played this game since a few months after it was released and have always been a fan of it’s pretty fair ways if rewarding those who both pay as well as those who don’t but put in the time/effort to farm characters and materials. No more. I will no longer get behind a game I’ve put hands hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars into just so I can get the “chance” at getting new characters when it’s been pay to unlock all of this time. I shall continue to play but Netmarble will never see another dime for me via subscriptions, packages or sales until this is fixed. Remember this day! (11/28)

The last few updates have gotten where more and more content is locked behind a paywall. This latest update (3.6) increases the financial commitment, but also extends the already heavily-skewed gambling mechanics of “RNG” (random number generation) to the point where paying for content doesn’t even guarantee you get what you paid for.

Netmarble is introducing the loot box system into all items in game including characters in the recent updates. Everything you get will be put behind a heavy pay wall and you can waste hundreds of dollars and not getting something you want due to the terrible RNG. This game is ruined.

Well this game was awesome and so much fun. But Disney and net marble have evidently decided that kids deserve to learn gambling at an early age. Loot boxes were added and it has ruined the game. Way to go #disney and #netmarble

New characters are loot box only- cant even use pay bio selectors on them. Utter trash.

Fix the RNG loot box gambling needs to be removed from gaming.

New update makes it a "pay for the possibility of getting a decent character". Been a daily player for over 2 years (as well as being a "whale") but planning on uninstalling if the new update isnt rectified. Utter garbage- never been so upset at a phone game in my life. Would give zero stars if I could.

Ive played this game every day since the early days but now theyre demanding money for a CHANCE to play the new content. If youre looking to start playing youre better off elsewhere

Been playing since near initial release. Game has become heavily rng paywall. Predatory. And gambling. It is completely broken and should not be played.

Netmarble has decided to delve fully into their lust of greed by adding 5 new characters in which only two are free to obtain and even of those two you can only fully level one of them completely free. Otherwise youre looking at complete RNG and a bottomless well that desires the contents of your wallet.

What netmarble has been doing to this game is stupid. Starting to get greedy with a lot more paywall and RNG characters/ items. What happened netmarble? You used to be so generous.

This game has gone to hell now that it is obviously only a pay to play money grab with no visible odds of winning when purchasing chest and implementing new characters who are now circumventing the usual method of acquiring through their monthly bio subscription paywall and now require a SEPERATE purchase because the first method isnt enough to support netmarbles greed. #BoycottMFFUpdate. Gambling is gambling and they are gambling our money that we choose to use and not getting what we pay for. Do not download this game it is highly addictive and NOT IN A GOOD WAY either.
